Positive Enterprises, Inc. was organized in 1980 under Section 301(d) of the
Small Business Investment Act of 1958 and is licensed and regulated by the U.S.
Small Business Administration.
Our Services

Enterprises, Inc. provides capital to minority entrepreneurs to finance the
acquisition of companies that have a history of stable sales and profits, to
provide expansion capital to growing concerns or, in selected situations, to
provide:

Debt financing
from commercial lenders may be augmented with financing provided by other
venture capital firms.

Our Role After Investment
Positive
Enterprises, Inc. does not seek operating control of the companies in which it
invests. Rather, we prefer to support the company and its management in a
manner compatible with their individual requirements and capabilities.
